Livo is the creative digital agency I own and run. It is also the project I am hardest on, because it is the one place where nobody else sets the brief.
The work spans brand, digital and growth: identity systems, websites, motion, performance marketing and the production that feeds all of it. The interesting part is not any single discipline. It is the seam between them, where a brand idea has to survive contact with a landing page, an ad account and a production schedule.

The case study
How it actually went.
01
Context
Livo exists because most agencies are organised around deliverables rather than outcomes. A client buys a logo from one place, a website from another and media from a third, and nobody owns the gap between them.
02
Problem
Positioning an agency that genuinely works across strategy, design, build and growth without sounding like it does everything badly. Breadth reads as weakness unless the thinking behind it is visible.
03
Thinking
Lead with judgement rather than services. Show the reasoning, the rejected routes and the constraints, not only the finished artwork. An agency that explains how it decides is harder to substitute than one that shows a grid of pretty screens.
04
Making
An identity and language system built to hold many kinds of output, a site architected to grow with the body of work, and internal systems so brand, web, motion and media briefs share one source of truth.
